Regenerative Global Leadership

Xcelerant is vetting university partners to launch a leadership laboratory for the next generation of Spirit-led, systems-transforming, cross-cultural disciples.

 

Students will engage with cutting-edge frameworks in economic empowerment, social and systemic renewal, and regenerative justice. They will examine the legacy of caste, colonialism, and Western dominance — while also discovering how the Gospel speaks directly to exploitation, poverty, and injustice. Rooted in Jesus’ identity, authority, and love, the program invites students to carry out the Great Commission not only with words, but also with sustainable action, honoring the cultural, spiritual, and systemic realities of the people they serve.

• Develop a biblically faithful, justice-rooted framework for mission and leadership

• Diagnose and disrupt systems of caste, injustice, and exploitation

• Apply regenerative design to global challenges in business, education, and policy

• Lead cross-culturally with humility, integrity, and Spirit-empowered courage

• Integrate spiritual formation and personal development with vocational impact

• Live out the Gospel in ways that renew systems, restore dignity, and reflect the Kingdom
